When multiple profiles are viewed together, teams gain powerful insights into the dynamics of the group – including strengths and potential imbalances.

 

This team profile helps groups sharpen their understanding of their attributes so that they can use them most effectively. There is no optimal profile for smarter collaboration at the individual level: what matters is that a person actively and intentionally uses their attributes to their fullest. Groups, however, can have imbalances.
