End-user access control is typically implemented via the customer’s authentication service. Our infrastructure platform provider Explorance has a hosted data center, based in Canada, which is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, and MLY, Bluepulse, BlueX and MTM leverage Microsoft’s Azure regional data centers. Data transfers use secure ftp and https. As well, Smarter Collaboration International has several internal data security policies and programs, including an Information Security and Data Protection Policy, a Breach Notification Policy, and a company-wide security awareness training program. These policies are reviewed on a regular basis by our data protection governance team.

It is important that individuals taking the SC Profile and SC360 are confident that they can complete the report in an honest and confidential manner. Unless otherwise indicated in your invitation email, reports are sent only to the subject of the report. Subjects can then share the report with others (coach, manager, etc.). For the SC Profile for Interviews, the report is only shared with the interviewing organization and is not sent to the subject (the candidate being interviewed).

The provided data is used to create reports for the subjects. Aggregated data is used to create team reports. The aggregated and anonymized data is used for ongoing statistical analysis and research.

No information collected through our products is shared with third parties without the explicit consent of an authorized customer representative.
